If you're going to trust me to look after and entertain your children, I'd better tell you a little bit about who I am and what I do!
My Story
I am an enthusiastic, highly skilled and versatile performer. Whether singing, acting, dancing, playing saxophone, choreographing, composing or writing cabaret I am always keen to create and perform.
Upon completing a Diploma of Music (Contemporary Performance) in Sydney, I moved to Brisbane to study a Bachelor of Musical Theatre at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music, graduating in 2017. I’ve been very fortunate to have since performed in professional theatre and musical productions in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and then internationally as a singer for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.
Since Covid-19 interrupted my adventures at sea, I have moved back home to Sydney, started this Eco-friendly party business, gotten back into teaching performing arts, kept up performing wherever possible, and become Creative Developer of Boom Squish - a theatre group with whom I’m currently developing two new shows relating to our Climate and Ecological Crisis.
I’ve been a passionate advocate for environmental responsibility and climate action for about 4 years now, and I have found immense joy and satisfaction in the combining of my passions; performing arts and sustainability.
Party Entertainment
I built up my first 1.5+ years of experience working as a contracted party entertainer to a number of companies whilst living in Melbourne back in 2018/2019. During this time, I became increasingly aware of improvements that could be made to the industries practices, particularly regarding sustainability and customisation.
This inspired the launch of “Little Footprint Parties” in November 2020.
My connection with children has always been strong, and I’ve loved working with them as a babysitter, nanny, teacher, holiday carer, and host of childcare events throughout my life. I’m a strong believer in the importance of positive role models for early childhood development. I can vividly recall magical moments from my childhood and I love hearing that I am providing similar magical memories for the children of today!
